Welcome to PawsPlanet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit pawsplanet.online, place an order, or use any PawsPlanet service (collectively, the "Services"). PawsPlanet operates from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and sells worldwide in US dollars (USD).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to place an order. If you are under that age, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

2. Orders and Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm the order and dispatch it, unless we tell you otherwise.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if pricing or product information contains a clear error, if we suspect fraud or unlawful activity, or if we are required to do so by law or a payment provider.
• Product images are illustrative. Colours, packaging, and minor product details may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

• All prices, charges, and refunds are in US dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
• Prices and availability may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
• If your payment card is issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer may convert the amount at its own exchange rate and may charge foreign transaction or other fees. We do not control those rates or fees.
• Refunds are issued in USD. Exchange-rate movements and bank fees may mean the amount you receive differs from the original charge.
• Prices do not include import duties, VAT, customs clearance, or local taxes unless those amounts are collected at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

4. Payment

We use third-party payment providers to process payments. By submitting payment information, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amount. Payments are subject to the provider's terms and fraud checks. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping times, rates, free-shipping thresholds, and destination limits are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks the order as delivered, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact support@pawsplanet.online and we will investigate.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. In summary, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, and damaged or defective items are covered by our money-back guarantee. Personalised items, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable except where required by law.

7. Accounts and User Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• provide accurate account, shipping, and payment information;
• use the Services only for lawful purposes;
• not misuse reviews, returns, promotions, discount codes, or chargeback processes;
• not attempt to interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All PawsPlanet branding, logos, product photography, copy, designs, and website content are owned by or licensed to PawsPlanet and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant PawsPlanet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our products and marketing. You confirm that you own or have permission to submit the content and that it is accurate and lawful. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to PawsPlanet.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, may not be applied to previous orders, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Misuse of promotions may result in order cancellation.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, carriers, or social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawsPlanet's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PawsPlanet against claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, carrier or customs delays, government action, power or internet failures, or platform outages.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before starting legal proceedings, please contact support@pawsplanet.online with your order number and a description of the issue. We will try to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days. This does not limit any mandatory right or remedy available to you.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Changes apply to future use of the Services and do not retroactively change rights for completed orders unless the law requires otherwise.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds policy, form the agreement between you and PawsPlanet. We may assign our rights or obligations to a successor or affiliate.
