14-Day Return Window

We want you and your pet to be happy. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Item is unused and in original condition
• Item is in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is available

Personalised items, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@pawsplanet.online with your order number.
2. Tell us why you are returning the item.
3. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost where the item is confirmed damaged or defective.
